First Upset Prevention and Recovery Seminar (UPRS) in Neuchâtel…
On August, 12th and 13th 2022 Wings Level completed the first UPRS. The speech of the Head of Flight Personnel at FOCA (Federal Office of Civil Aviation) François Steiner and an apèro concluded two wonderful days in the stunning scenery of the lake of Neuchâtel.
During two intense and sunny days in Neuchâtel airport Wings Level completed the first UPRS (Upset Prevention and Recovery Seminar).
Students from the local airfield and from Northern Switzerland joined the lake of Neuchâtel for the first UPRS. After 3 hours of theoretical course they were ready to fly the Cessna Aerobat HB-CXQ for two sessions involving stalls, accelerated stalls, spiral dives and spins. The training culminated with the simulation of the sadly famous accident of the JU52 in the Swiss Alps.
